The wine rack was shipped quickly. One of the circles was lying in the box. I promptly followed Amazon's directions to send it back and received a replacement very quickly. Very easy exchange! This wine rack suited my purpose very well. It's modern looking and it holds 5 bottles. For the price it was a good deal.
