Gillette Custom Plus Razors, 10-Count Packages (Pack of 3)
Review by A Looney Old Coot : This is about the best disposable razor available
I've used the Gillette Custom Plus for about the past ten years or so. I like that the handle is rubberized, not smooth, and about the same length as non-disposables. Having a good, steady grip is crucial for any razor. The swivel head on these seems to help maintain a constant angle against the skin. About the only difference between this disposable and non-disposables is the weight of the razor (the handle). At Costco, they're currently less than 50

Review by Whitneymuse : great works like they are advertised to work.
A wad of disposable razors; pricing is fine and will buy more; unless I can find a lower price point somewhere; with Prime it's computer to door; No sweat shopping.

Review by A-Train : Reliable, Cost Effective Razors
You see all these commercials on TV about these extravagant, battery powered multiple blade razors and you can't help but buy into the hype. I did myself, and the funniest part of it all is that Gillette Fusion and Proglide razors aren't even their best products. Gillette Custom Plus is. Sure the Fusion and Proglide razors have that special "trimmer" but you can easily just go buy yourself a set of facial hair clippers and trim your sideburns that way. These razors are cheap and with a good shaving gel (not cream), they do a great job. I can summarize the product's worth as follows:
1. Lubricating Strip above the blade (This is essential, if you've used the original disposables with only plastic there you will literally feel the pain of the razors dragging on your face).
2. The Swivel follows the contours of your face and helps avoid shaving nicks.
3. Lightweight and easy to grip.
4. NO MAINTENANCE (Seriously, why get a disposable that lasts more than one time?! That's asking for bacteria to grow on a razor and destroy your face). Use these bad boys once and carefully (like you would with any other sharp object by your face) and you have yourself a clean shave. The only reason I rated these 4 stars is because for those of you who like to grow their beards out thick before shaving, this will not work. Two Blade razors are great for the folks who enjoy a clean shaven face 5-7 days a week. If you like a clean shaven face, then this your best and cheapest option. Make sure you get a good shave gel though, like Edge or even a Gillette brand. I'd like to point out that with 30 shaves you are paying the same price as you would for 12-15 shaves (if you bought a proglide/fusion 4-pack replacement cartridge)...
