My special-needs daughter still hasn't learned how to use the toilet, so she goes through a package of GoodNites every 5 or 6 days. Needless to say, this can be be expensive over a long period of time. GoodNites don't leak or fall apart when they get wet like other brands of diposable underpants.

I have used the Goodnites Underpants for both my daughter and son beginning when they were about 3 years old and we have never, ever had a leak.With these diapers they could drink right up to bedtime (what is with the last minute thirsties?) with no problem.My only complaint is that the small size starts at 40 pounds which is just not small enough for tall, skinny children. They should make a smaller size because little guys and gals, regardless of size, can really test the capacity of a diaper at night.Five Stars. If they fit your child, I doubt you will find anything better.

Cheaper to buy on Amazon.com and have shipped directly to house than to buy at a discount store! Goodnites are the only thing that fits my soon to be five year old daughter who has Down Syndrome. Cheaper than "hospital" type incontinence wear - which is ugly to boot! These work well, even in the daytime.
