I've never been a fan of polyester and other fabrics that don't breath. This modal fabric is amazing. Very soft. Absorbent. Comfortable. Very thin and form fitting. Warning: If you need to stay away from the junk food and be using your gym membership more regularly, these t-shirts will tell you in excruciating detail. I only purchased a couple of them during the 25% off sale, and by the time I wore them and found that I was hooked, the sale ended. I hate it when that happens. But, I'll be replacing all my t's with CK Modal the next time there is a sale. (The only down side is the rather extravagant cost). Oh...the trunks, briefs and PJ pants are amazing also.

My husband hates all undershirts except for Tommy John which cost between $36. and $39.00 each. I purchased this Calvin Klein undershirt for $24. on sale and it is just as good as the Tommy John. Now I wish I had purchased a bunch of them instead of only one. The regular price is only a little lower than the Tommy John. However, I do get free shipping from Amazon on the Calvin Klein. Excellent quality and extremely comfortable.

I bought this shirt to be used as an undershirt. An amazing shirt. It's very light and has a soft, smooth, and almost silk-like feel to it. It's thin which I prefer because it doesn't create volume around the body and arms (which matters when layering slim-fitting clothes). It's also body/arm hugging but not so much that you feel constricted in your movements. The shirt literally wraps itself around your entire body and arms. There's no part of the shirt that doesn't touch your skin unlike a regular shirt where the shirt would hang from your chest down and near the armpit. I like that this shirt is so body forming because it allows my button down shirt to drape naturally down my back and chest. Washed it a few times now and still feels and looks as great as when I first bought it.

Also, if you have a protruding belly, this shirt WILL make it that much more noticeable. On the flip side, if you've got an athletic build, this shirt will certainly make the woman notice.

Great shirt. I can't find a lot of more expensive brand names where I live, so amazon is my buddy when it comes to getting the great quality items without hassel. This shirt is soooo comfortable and sits close to the body without feeling clingy or restricting, very, very soft and breathable. Nice and long so it tucks in easily. Could be worn as an exceptionaly comfortable under shirt, but feels and looks great to be worn as an everyday t-shirt. Kinda pricey, but hey, it's Calvin Klein. :).

Nice smooth fit, breathes well, best feature is that it's long so no constant re-tucking. The V-neck cut is a little too low for my taste but no problem as an under shirt.

Yes, it's 6x the cost of a regular t-shirt but wears very well, has a good fit, is super soft, doesn't lose its shape over time (has a fair bit of stretch to it), doesn't lose its colour, and doesn't fall apart. I've had my first shirt like this for almost 2 years now, its in my regular clothes rotation, and it looks as good as when I bought it. It's form-fitting but not at all constricting and its extremely comfortable. I have a few of these micro-modal shirts, (and a pair of the sleep pants as well), and I plan to get a few more. I think the big take-away from any review you read on anything made from this material should be "soft". The micro-modal is ridiculously soft. I wish I could get bed-sheets made out of this stuff.
