Good, but not great. My first of this "type" of underwear, I was really, really surprised at how comfortable it is.

I'm borderline Small/Medium size, but I ordered this in Medium. The elastic waistband fits comfortably. The pouch just fits everything inside, but not if you get a little excited.

I would think this would be better if it wasn't so high-waisted (ie low-rise = better). Just cause I'm being progressive and modern in my underwear doesn't mean I want to advertise with a very not-sexy guy-whale-tail! Also, it makes your butt look ginormous with the waist so high.

love this thong, one of the most comfortable thongs I have worn in a long time. It covers just enough and keeps things interesting. Wife loves the way it looks and I love the way it feels and makes me feel. as a matter of fact looking into purchasing a few more to wear, and get rid of my full underwear. Love these thongs and showing them off too.

I first tried one of these thongs just out of the curiosity I have heard from my female friends who wear thongs saying they are more comfortable than regular underwear, I never thought they would be right, I was wrong, I got my first and after a day's wear getting used to it I bought 6 more, I use to be a boxer/boxer brief guy but now a thong is all I wear. Until you try one you can't say they are uncomfortable or give you the weddgie feel, I fully agree with any thong wearer that they have much less the weddgie feel than any other kind of underwear. Also on the plus side they pack smaller which is great for any hiking trip

i got this for my bf because i thought it would be sexy. haha. it is. he wears it sometimes and it seems way more comfortable than boxers are. the band is wide too so it looks like normal boxers and people can't tell it is a thong. i don't see why more guys don't wear thongs. personally i think they are sexy.
